Questions from organisations considering an agreement
- What is a Bemyguest agreement?
- It is an agreement between Bemyguest and an organisation — a company, association, professional body, school or club — giving its staff or members their own conditions at our five houses in central Viseu.
- Which organisations can set one up?
- Any organisation with a defined group of staff or members: companies travelling regularly to Viseu, professional associations, sports clubs, schools and universities, event organisers and public bodies.
- How is it set up?
- Write to us by email or WhatsApp with the name of the organisation and a rough idea of the number of nights expected. We assess it and reply with a proposal. There is no cost and no exclusivity for the organisation.
- Are the terms made public?
- No. This page shows only that the organisation has an agreement with us. The negotiated terms are communicated by the organisation to its members and are not published here.
- Does it work for business travel?
- Yes. Our houses are in central Viseu, with apartments and suites of several sizes, fully equipped kitchens and direct booking — which tends to suit work stays, short or extended.
