At Bemyguest, we want every guest to have a comfortable, safe and pleasant stay. We therefore ask you to read and observe the terms and conditions set out below.
1. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. After this time, a payment link will be sent and, once confirmed, instructions and access codes for self check-in.
Check-out: by 12:00 noon.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Identification
A valid photo identification document must be presented at check-in.
Minors may only be accommodated when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, the booking may be refused.
3. Cancellations and No-show
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are fully refunded (except non-refundable rates).
In the event of a no-show, the policy of the rate booked will apply.
4. Payment
We accept payment by credit card, debit card or cash.
Additional services and extra consumption will be charged at check-out.
5. Children
All children are welcome.
- 0 to 3 years: €5/night
- 4 to 11 years: €10/night
- 12 years and over: €15/night
Cots and extra beds are subject to availability and are not included in the total booking price. Please request them in advance.
6. Pets
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
7. Conduct and Safety
- Rooms are 100% smoke-free. A cleaning fee will be charged if this is not respected.
- Noise is not permitted between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am.
- Parties and events are not allowed.
- Outside visitors must be authorised by reception and may not remain after 10:00 pm.
8. Damage and Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture or equipment.
- Bemyguest reserves the right to charge for damaged or stolen items.
- We are not liable for personal belongings left in the rooms or common areas.
- Lost property will be kept for 30 days. Food items will not be stored.
9. Prohibited Items
Firearms, illegal substances and hazardous materials may not be brought onto the premises.
10. Housekeeping
- Daily housekeeping included.
- Bed linen changed every 3 days or on request.
- Cleaning the kitchen is the guest's responsibility.
11. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may refer the matter to the territorially competent alternative consumer dispute resolution body:
